Job Description
Oversee nursery operations and manage customer garden maintenance services. Responsibilities include managing and supervising on-site customer garden maintenance and landscaping services; overseeing daily nursery operations, plant health, and inventory; supervising, scheduling, and supporting nursery and maintenance staff; driving business growth by building client relationships and expanding service contracts; and handling basic budgeting, vendor relations, and daily administration.
