Barista - Prior work experience in a coffee shop is mandatory for this role. - Prior work experience in a similar beverage service setting is also acceptable and mandatory. - Experience in preparing coffee is essential for this position. - Experience in preparing a variety of hot beverages is essential for this position. - Experience in preparing a variety of cold beverages is essential for this position. - Candidates should have well-developed barista skills gained through relevant previous work experience. - Candidates should have thorough knowledge of beverage preparation methods. - Candidates must be able to maintain good hygiene standards while preparing and serving beverages. - Candidates must have effective organization skills suitable for beverage preparation and service. - Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. 3. Hot Section Cooks - Previous experience working in a hot kitchen is a prerequisite for this position. - Previous experience working in a hot section is also a prerequisite for this position. - Candidates must have proven skills in preparing hot dishes to the required standards. - Candidates must have proven skills in cooking hot dishes to the required standards. - Candidates must demonstrate sound knowledge of food safety requirements. - Candidates must demonstrate sound knowledge of hygiene practices in a kitchen environment. - Candidates must demonstrate sound knowledge of kitchen operational standards. - Candidates must be able to perform well under pressure during busy service periods. - Candidates must be able to maintain teamwork while working under pressure. - Candidates must be able to maintain collaboration with colleagues while working under pressure.
