Land Surveyor
Job Description
A talented, sincere, hardworking, and well-organized Land Surveyor is required to join a real estate development team in Manama on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in developing a career within the construction and real estate development sector. Responsibilities include carrying out site surveys for ongoing real estate development projects, performing setting-out work, taking accurate measurements, establishing and checking levels, coordinates, boundaries, and other survey-related requirements, preparing and maintaining accurate survey records, coordinating with project and site teams regarding surveying activities and requirements, checking drawings and survey data for accuracy, ensuring that all surveying activities are completed accurately and on time, taking responsibility for assigned tasks, and supporting additional responsibilities when required. The successful candidate must be capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment, working effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, coordinating effectively with different teams, and taking a responsible approach to assigned tasks. Good knowledge of surveying instruments and relevant software, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills are preferred, and the candidate should be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
