QS Engineer (Quantity Survey)
Job Description
Join as a Quantity Survey Engineer to prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities based on project drawings. Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and support procurement and contract administration. Monitor project expenditures and prepare commercial reports. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate valuation of works.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Or Related Field
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or similar role.
- Knowledge of civil construction and basic MEP quantities.
- Understanding of GCC construction contracts and commercial practices.
- Proficient in English and Hindi, written and spoken.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
