Job Description
Responsibilities include preparing and assembling salads according to recipes and presentation standards; washing, cutting, and preparing vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients; ensuring the freshness, quality, and proper storage of all ingredients; maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the salad preparation area; following food safety procedures and proper food-handling practices; monitoring ingredient stock and informing the supervisor of shortages; and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure the timely preparation of orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Salad Maker or in a similar kitchen position.
- Knowledge of salad preparation, vegetable cutting, and food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper food storage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.

- Must currently reside in Bahrain.
- Must be available to join according to the company's requirements.
