Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our presence in Bahrain’s FMCG and food market, with a strong focus on General Trade and HORECA. The responsibilities include visiting and managing existing customers, developing new customers and business opportunities in General Trade and HORECA, promoting products and achieving sales targets, following up on orders to ensure timely delivery, following up on customer payments and collections, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer requirements, and providing excellent service. Applicants must have a minimum of three years of outdoor sales experience in Bahrain’s FMCG or food sector, while experience in General Trade and HORECA is strongly preferred. Experience in sales and customer collections, strong sales, negotiation and deal-closing skills, and good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic and/or Hindi or Urdu is an advantage. Applicants must hold a valid Bahrain driving licence and be locally available in Bahrain. Immediate joining is preferred.
