Job Description
Telecaller required in Bahrain. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound telephone calls to both current customers and potential clients, establishing initial contact and promoting company offerings. - Manage incoming calls effectively, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Clearly articulate and explain the company's services, product lines, and promotional offers to customers and prospects. - Perform consistent follow-ups with customers to maintain engagement and nurture ongoing communication. - Accurately document details of calls, customer data, and follow-up activities to ensure up-to-date records are maintained. - Assess and understand customer needs in order to provide relevant information, support, or assistance as appropriate. - Strive to meet or surpass daily and monthly predefined calling targets and overall performance objectives. - Collaborate and coordinate with sales and customer service teams as necessary to ensure a seamless customer service process. Requirements: - Freshers who meet the necessary criteria and show potential are welcome to apply. - Good communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities for effective interaction are required. - A basic command of English, both verbal and written, is needed to communicate adequately with customers. - A confident, courteous, and professional telephone demeanor when interacting with clients is required. - Fundamental computer skills to handle data entry and relevant software as needed are required. - The ability to work efficiently under target-driven environments and manage multiple calls simultaneously is required. - A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and develop within the role are expected. Preferred Skills: - Experience or skills in customer service will be beneficial. - Prior experience in sales or telemarketing will be considered an advantage, though it is not essential. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence customer decisions effectively are preferred. - The ability to build and maintain good rapport and lasting relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction is preferred.
