Job Description
Next Plan Car Rental is seeking candidates for a part-time Debt Collection Agent opportunity in Manama. Responsibilities include following up with customers regarding pending car rental payments; recovering vehicles from customers who fail to pay; collecting outstanding rental charges and overdue payments; following up on vehicle damage charges and other contractual dues; contacting customers who have delayed or failed to settle their accounts; negotiating professionally; coordinating payment settlements; and maintaining accurate records of follow-ups and collections.
Requirements
- Nationality
- Bahraini
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident in handling difficult customer situations professionally.
- Previous experience in debt collection, sales, customer service, or payment recovery is an advantage.
- Responsible, persistent, and results-oriented.

- Must be available immediately when a case arises.
