Landscape Engineer
Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Landscape Engineer in Bahrain. The responsibilities include creating detailed site plans, grading layouts, and blueprints using CAD and GIS software; testing soil conditions, studying natural topography, and assessing environmental factors; selecting suitable plants, trees, hardscape elements, and sustainable drainage and irrigation systems; preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and maintaining strict construction timelines; and coordinating with contractors while overseeing construction work to ensure compliance with safety codes and design specifications. The qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in landscape engineering, civil engineering, or landscape architecture, a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, and proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and GIS. Candidates must also have a strong understanding of horticulture, environmental regulations, and sustainable design principles, along with excellent project management, budgeting, and communication skills for client presentations.
