Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible foreman to supervise daily site activities and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the required quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating workers and daily site activities; assigning tasks and monitoring workers’ performance and productivity; ensuring that work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules; coordinating with supervisors, engineers, and other site personnel; monitoring the use of materials, tools, and equipment at the work site; maintaining good housekeeping and an organized work area; ensuring that workers follow company safety procedures and site regulations; identifying and reporting site issues, delays, or material requirements to management; checking the quality of completed work and ensuring that necessary corrections are made; and preparing daily progress updates and reporting work status to management. This is a full-time position in Bahrain.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory position.
- Relevant construction or site experience is preferred.
