Maintenance in-Charge
Job Description
Handle and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations, including maintenance and repair works, inspection of maintenance issues, coordination of required action with technicians, contractors and suppliers, communication with tenants and customers, complaint follow-up, obtaining quotations, arranging required materials and services, maintaining maintenance records, preparing basic reports, and ensuring that all maintenance issues are properly completed and closed.

- Driving Licence
- Required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of general building maintenance.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid Bahrain driving licence.
- Organized, responsible and able to work independently.
