Seeking a qualified Quantity Survey Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil construction and a basic understanding of MEP quantities. The role involves preparing cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, analyzing costs, supporting procurement, and managing contract administration. Candidates should have strong analytical and commercial skills and be proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Excel.

- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar role.
- Knowledge of civil construction and basic MEP quantities.
- Familiarity with GCC construction contracts and commercial practices.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, spoken and written.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with project and procurement teams.
