Job Description
We are hiring an experienced gardener or plant nursery worker with practical knowledge of seedlings and plant care. The requirements for this role include experience growing and caring for seedlings, knowledge of planting, transplanting and plant propagation, and the ability to prepare soil, apply fertilisers and manage watering. The candidate must also be able to identify common plant pests and diseases and be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
