Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Sous Chef or Head Chef specialising in Persian cuisine, along with other staff, for the opening of our new branch in Manama, Bahrain.
Requirements
- Experience in authentic Persian cuisine
- Previous restaurant or fine-dining experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Persian grills, rice, kebabs, and traditional Persian dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
