Job Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Kitchen Hood Cleaning Supervisor to supervise and coordinate kitchen hood cleaning operations. The role involves managing daily site activities, supervising cleaning teams, maintaining service quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth coordination with customers. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily kitchen hood cleaning teams and site operations; ensuring that assigned jobs are completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards; monitoring staff attendance, productivity, work quality, and overall team performance; coordinating work schedules, site visits, and customer requirements; conducting site inspections before, during, and after service when required; ensuring the proper completion of service reports and operational documentation; communicating professionally with customers and addressing operational concerns; monitoring the proper use and availability of equipment, cleaning materials, chemicals, and personal protective equipment; ensuring that the team follows company health and safety procedures; identifying potential additional service requirements at customer sites and reporting opportunities to management; and preparing basic daily and weekly operational reports.
Requirements

- Required
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience in kitchen hood cleaning, commercial cleaning, maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple jobs and manage site operations effectively.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned operations.
- A valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred.

- The role requires willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when operationally required.
