Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Description
An outdoor sales executive is urgently required for a lighting company. Male applicants only. Candidates must have a minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in outdoor or field sales roles, with experience in building materials, electrical supplies, lighting, or interior design sectors highly preferred. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or Interior Design is a strong advantage. Candidates should be familiar with lighting technical metrics, including lumens, colour temperature, wattage, and CRI, or be willing to learn them quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is required, along with superior verbal and written communication skills, strong public presentation and negotiation abilities, and mandatory AutoCAD skills. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s licence and a reliable personal vehicle for frequent travel within the assigned territory. The role requires significant time spent driving, walking on construction sites, and carrying light product sample boxes. Responsibilities include assisting customers and providing suitable product recommendations, preparing quotations and following up on leads, developing new customer relationships, following up with contractors, designers, and companies, maintaining existing customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
