Job Description
A part-time Telemarketing Executive and Data Entry Operator is required for a prominent management consultancy and document clearance company in Hoora, Manama, Bahrain. The role involves handling customer enquiries and office administration; coordinating visa, LMRA, GOSI, CPR, EWA and document clearance services; managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business; preparing marketing content, posts and advertisements; following up with customers and maintaining good customer relationships; assisting with company formation and consultancy services; maintaining office records and documents; and supporting daily business operations and customer service.
Requirements
- Visa Status
- Free Visa, Dependent Visa, Flexi Visa
- Good English communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in social media marketing and customer service is an advantage
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop are an advantage
- Experience with LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT, MOH, EWA and visa services is preferred
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may apply
- A Bahrain driving licence is an advantage
- Sales and marketing experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of immigration and consultancy services is an advantage
