Barista, Waiter
Job Description
The Barista/Waiter will prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to the café’s standards, take customer orders accurately, and provide friendly and professional customer service. The role includes operating coffee machines, point-of-sale systems, and other café equipment safely and correctly; maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the café, tables, workstations, and equipment; ensuring that orders are prepared and served accurately and promptly; assisting customers with menu items and providing recommendations when required; handling cash and card payments accurately; restocking coffee, beverages, food items, and other supplies when needed; following company policies, procedures, and food safety standards; working effectively as part of a team and assisting other staff when required; handling customer complaints professionally and reporting any issues to the supervisor or manager; and performing assigned opening and closing duties.
