BIM & Engineering Assistant
Job Description
This role involves supporting BIM coordination and engineering tasks with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Candidates will assist in preparing shop drawings, conducting site visits, and providing technical support during construction. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- Minimum 3 years of BIM experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP preferred), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems.
- Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model federation.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, Level of Development requirements, and project documentation.
- Ability to assist in preparing coordinated shop drawings and material submittals.
- Experience in site visits and providing technical support during construction.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in sports facilities, swimming pools, splashpads, or water features is an advantage.
