Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that the facility is clean and well maintained and that all guests receive the highest quality of service. Responsibilities include supervising and assigning daily tasks to housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure that cleanliness standards are met, managing inventories of cleaning supplies, linens and equipment, training and coaching staff on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols, coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations, and responding promptly to guest requests and complaints. Experience in housekeeping supervision and strong organizational skills are required.
