MEP Project Coordinator
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate MEP activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Oversee technicians, subcontractors, and site teams while monitoring progress and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders to maintain safety and project timelines. Prepare and manage site reports and documentation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant MEP supervision experience in construction.
- Strong building construction background.
- Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to interpret MEP/shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Available in Bahrain with immediate joining capability.
- Hands-on construction MEP experience preferred over maintenance/facilities management.
