- Strong knowledge of core network infrastructure including switching, routing, and VLAN isolation.
- Experience managing enterprise backup solutions using Veeam and OpenText Data Protector.
- Skilled in OS upgradation, lifecycle patching, firmware upgrade, and hardware remediation.
- Experienced in performance tuning and troubleshooting OS-level issues using advanced tools.
