Sales Manager
Job Description
A full-time Sales Manager position is available in Manama with a manufacturer and supplier of building materials, steel reinforcement, and welded wire mesh. The role involves leading sales operations and expanding market presence across Bahrain and the GCC; developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, maximize profitability, and grow market share; leading, mentoring, and monitoring field and office-based sales teams; identifying and securing new business opportunities, major infrastructure and construction projects, and strategic partnerships; building and maintaining long-term relationships with key contractors, developers, consultants, and procurement heads; analyzing market trends, competitor activities, raw material price fluctuations, and demand patterns in the steel reinforcement and welded wire mesh sectors; and overseeing credit control policies to support the timely collection of receivables in coordination with the finance department.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree In Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
- Experience
- 5 – 8 Years
- 5 to 8+ years of proven sales management experience in the construction, building materials, steel reinforcement, or welded wire mesh industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of the Bahrain and GCC markets.
- An established network of contractors and consultants.
- Exceptional strategic planning, commercial acumen, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
