MEP Supervisor Maintenance
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting. Ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance. Lead technicians and coordinate with suppliers and contractors. Provide technical support and maintain safety and quality standards. Oversee maintenance records and reporting.

- 5–7 years of relevant MEP maintenance/supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Hands-on experience in building/facility MEP maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related technical issues.
- Experience supervising technicians and maintenance teams.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read MEP drawings and technical documents.
- Bahrain/GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.
- Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license is an advantage.
