Chief Financial Officer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of our holding company and its subsidiaries in Bahrain. Key responsibilities include overseeing the holding company’s and subsidiaries’ financial strategy and operations, leading financial performance analysis, managing group cash flow, investments, and financial risks, ensuring accurate consolidated financial statements and regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Education
- Master’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), Or A Related Field.
- Experience
- 15 Years
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management at the group or holding company level.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in consolidated financial reporting and managing multiple subsidiaries.
- Excellent knowledge of financial controls, risk management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
