Pizza Maker, Hot Section Cook
Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our restaurant team as Pizza Makers and Hot Section Cooks. Pizza Makers must have previous experience in pizza making, including preparing and making pizza dough and pizza bread, along with good knowledge of dough preparation, mixing and handling. They must be able to maintain quality, hygiene and consistency and work efficiently as part of a team. Hot Section Cooks must have previous experience in a hot kitchen or hot section, experience preparing and cooking hot dishes, and knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards. They must also be able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pizza making is required for Pizza Makers.
- Previous experience in a hot kitchen or hot section is required for Hot Section Cooks.
