Job Description
Urgent hiring in Bahrain for an HVAC Service Engineer. The role involves overseeing HVAC service operations, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting client reporting, and supervising field teams.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering
- Experience
- 5 – 7 Years
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of ducted, package, VRF, mini-split and window DX air-conditioning units
- Ability to prepare quotations for DX retrofit jobs
- Ability to plan service calls, breakdown calls and annual maintenance contracts
- Ability to monitor maintenance teams and supervise technicians, foremen and supervisors
- Ability to manage 25 to 30 service calls per day with a team of eight technicians
- Hands-on experience with DX air-conditioning
- Knowledge of spare parts and brands
- Knowledge of the DX market for spare-parts procurement
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy, including the preparation of reports, client letters and quotations
- Ability to prepare client database reports
