MEP Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor – Building Construction to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works on building construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on construction site experience and be capable of supervising MEP teams, subcontractors, and daily site activities while ensuring all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily MEP installation and construction activities on site. - Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and related MEP works. - Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical specifications. - Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. - Supervise MEP technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors. - Monitor daily manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and work progress. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality. - Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems. - Ensure installations are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications. - Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities. - Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. - Monitor MEP material requirements and ensure materials are available on site when required. - Prepare daily and weekly progress and manpower reports. - Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and construction site safety procedures. - Assist in maintaining project schedules and ensuring MEP works are completed on time. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. - Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience as an MEP Supervisor in building construction. - Strong hands-on experience in building construction projects is required. - Experience with villas, residential buildings, commercial buildings, or high-rise projects is highly preferred. - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing and water supply, drainage systems, and firefighting and fire alarm systems. - Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings. - Experience supervising subcontractors and construction site teams. - Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of construction site practices, quality control, and HSE requirements. - Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred. - Must be currently available in Bahrain. - Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.
