MEP Project Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for supervising and coordinating MEP construction activities on building projects. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems implementation. Monitor project progress and resolve technical and coordination issues on site.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant MEP construction supervision experience.
- Strong building construction background.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and shop drawings.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain, with preference for immediate joiners and candidates with transferable or valid local visa status.
