Chief Financial Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our holding company in Bahrain. Key responsibilities include overseeing the financial strategy and operations of the holding company and its subsidiaries; leading budgeting, financial planning, and financial performance analysis; managing group cash flow, investments, and financial risks; ensuring accurate consolidated financial statements and regulatory compliance; and providing strategic financial advice to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Education
- Master’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
- Experience
- 15 Years
- Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
- Proven experience in financial management at group or holding-company level
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry preferred
