Control Room Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Control Room Officer to join our team in Bahrain. The role involves monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, and security equipment; receiving, recording, and reporting incidents in a timely manner; coordinating with security personnel and relevant departments during emergencies; maintaining accurate logs, records, and daily reports; monitoring staff attendance, movements, and operational activities; responding promptly to calls, inquiries, and alarm notifications; and ensuring compliance with company policies and security procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a control room, security operations center, or similar role is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Strong observation, reporting, and organizational skills.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts is required.
