Job Description
Responsible for producing CNC designs and operating CNC routing equipment for furniture, interior, architectural and decorative works, with accurate results and finishing that meets customer requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to create accurate 2D drawings and detailed 3D designs
- Ability to convert drawings into CNC-ready files and toolpaths
- Experience in 2D CNC router cutting
- Experience in 3D CNC carving, relief and decorative cutting
- Ability to create CNC designs for furniture, interior, architectural and decorative works
- Experience in aluminium grooving and V-grooving
- Ability to select the correct cutter, depth, speed and feed according to the material
- Experience with ArtCAM, AutoCAD, Aspire, VCarve or similar software
- Ability to operate and set up a CNC router independently
- Ability to understand measurements, drawings and customer requirements
- Ability to check dimensions and ensure accurate finishing
