Job Description
Experienced Heavy Equipment Diesel & Hydraulic Mechanic required. A heavy equipment diesel and hydraulic mechanic repairs, maintains, and troubleshoots large machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and heavy trucks, focusing on their power and fluid-driven systems. Key Responsibilities: • Diesel Engines: Rebuild, tune, and diagnose problems in large diesel motors. • Hydraulic Systems: Fix fluid leaks, test pressure, and repair pumps, valves, and cylinders that power moving parts. • Electrical and Brakes: Troubleshoot onboard computer diagnostics, wiring, and heavy air-brake systems. • Routine Service: Change oil, replace filters, and perform scheduled safety checks. Skills and Requirements: • Education: High school diploma followed by a trade school programme or a 3- to 5-year apprenticeship. • Tools: Use diagnostic software, multimeters, pneumatic wrenches, and heavy-duty lifting gear. • 8 hours duty plus overtime. • Weekly one day off. • Local or overseas Indian candidates only. • Visa, accommodation, and transport provided by the company.

- Prior experience working with heavy equipment diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
- High school diploma followed by a trade school programme or a 3- to 5-year apprenticeship.
- Ability to rebuild, tune, diagnose, and repair large diesel engines.
- Ability to repair hydraulic leaks and service pumps, valves, and cylinders.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical wiring, onboard computer diagnostics, and heavy air-brake systems.
- Ability to perform routine servicing, oil changes, filter replacements, and scheduled safety checks.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software, multimeters, pneumatic wrenches, and heavy-duty lifting equipment.
