Job Description

A multinational construction and contracting company specializing in high-quality commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic commercial team. Job Summary: - The MEP Quantity Surveyor will manage all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across the company's projects. - Responsible for handling cost estimations, bills of quantities (BOQs), interim valuations, and final accounts. - Ensures projects remain profitable and adhere to contractual obligations. Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within the construction and contracting industry. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel, measurement software, and general quantity take-off techniques for MEP services. - Sound understanding of standard contract conditions (FIDIC or equivalent), local market rates, and MEP work methodologies. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. This position is open to candidates eligible for local transfer only.
