Sales Supervisor
Job Description
A handmade home décor company in Bahrain is seeking a Sales Supervisor to handle sales and support the shop’s daily operations. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, explaining products, completing sales, handling billing, providing customer service, arranging attractive product displays, assisting with stock checks, inventory and daily reports, carefully packing fragile items, wrapping gifts, helping with basic administration and WhatsApp enquiries, keeping the shop clean and organised, and supporting other shop duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales and customer service
- Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Gift-wrapping ability
- An eye for décor and attention to detail
- Hardworking, honest, punctual, responsible, willing to learn, self-motivated, and able to work independently
