Mid-Senior Interior Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and commercially aware interior designer to lead projects, manage client relationships, mentor junior designers, and deliver projects from concept through to completion. Responsibilities include developing innovative design concepts for various project types, producing mood boards, space-planning layouts and design presentations, preparing detailed drawings, FF&E specifications and material selections, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, managing projects through the concept, design development and site execution stages, ensuring designs align with client briefs, budgets and timelines, conducting site visits, overseeing implementation to maintain design integrity, and staying up to date with industry trends, materials and design innovations.
Requirements
- Experience
- 5 – 10 Years
- Highly creative and commercially aware.
- 5–10 years of experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across multiple sectors.
- Proven experience in project leadership and client interactions.
- Mandatory proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of detailing and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- GCC experience preferred.
