Job Vacancy – Sales Engineer Carpentry, Furniture, CNC & Interior Works We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with experience in carpentry, furniture manufacturing, wooden decorations, CNC, and finishing works. Job Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities. - Communicate with clients and understand their technical requirements. - Visit clients and project sites to take measurements and collect the required information. - Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design and production teams. - Provide suitable technical solutions to clients. - Follow up on quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales. - Coordinate drawings, specifications, and project requirements with the design and production teams. - Follow up on projects from quotation and contract stages through to completion and handover. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Monitor the market and competitors and identify new business opportunities. - Achieve the sales targets set by management. - Prepare regular reports on sales, clients, projects, and potential opportunities. Requirements: - Practical experience in sales or project management within carpentry, furniture manufacturing, interior decoration, CNC, or finishing works. - Good knowledge of wood materials, manufacturing processes, and finishing works. - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. - Ability to prepare quotations and understand quantities and basic project costs. - Proactive personality with the ability to develop and maintain a customer base. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Must have a valid Bahrain driving licence or be able to obtain one.
