Seeking a Quantity Surveyor Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in villa and high-rise projects. Candidates should be proficient in cost estimation, contract management, and site measurement. - 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying for villas and high-rise projects
- Proficiency in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans
- Strong understanding of material pricing, labor rates, and subcontractor quotations
- Familiarity with procurement procedures and vendor negotiations
- Knowledge of construction contract conditions and commercial clauses
- Experience in drafting and managing subcontracts and main contracts
- Skilled in site measurement, quantity takeoff, and valuation of construction work
- Ability to assess and price project variations and change orders
- Experience in monitoring project expenditures and preparing cash flow forecasts
- Ability to prepare monthly commercial reports, final accounts, and claim assessments
- Proficiency in specialized takeoff tools and MS Excel for cost modeling
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
