Fast Food, Juice & Shakes Expert Position Available We are seeking a highly experienced and proficient Fast Food, Juice & Shakes Expert to become a valued member of our cafeteria/restaurant team. The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in the preparation of a wide range of fast food items — including burgers, shawarma, sandwiches, wraps, and club sandwiches — alongside a diverse selection of fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and Karak tea. A strong emphasis will be placed on delivering excellent taste, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring stringent hygiene practices, and presenting food and beverages attractively. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a variety of fast food dishes with expertise, specifically burgers, shawarma, sandwiches, wraps, club sandwiches, and other related items. - Demonstrate skill in marinating and preparing chicken and meat products utilized in shawarma and other fast food offerings. - Exhibit expert capability in the preparation of fresh juices and shakes, including an assortment of fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and specialty beverages. - Devise and execute multiple juice and shake combinations that excel in both taste and visual presentation. - Consistently prepare Karak Tea, ensuring authentic flavor and quality with every serving. - Manage order preparation swiftly and effectively, particularly during periods of high customer volume. - Maintain uniformity in taste, adhere to proper portion control, and ensure every dish and beverage is presented in an appealing manner. - Follow rigorous food safety protocols, including hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout all preparations and service. - Oversee proper management of ingredients, storage conditions, kitchen equipment, and overall kitchen cleanliness. - Implement strategies to minimize food waste and optimize stock utilization for efficient kitchen operations. Requirements: - Demonstrable proven experience working as a Fast Food & Juice/Shake Expert. - In-depth knowledge and understanding of burgers, shawarma, various sandwiches and wraps, fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and Karak tea preparation. - Excellent palate with a thorough comprehension of flavors, ingredients, and beverage preparation techniques. - Capability to perform effectively under pressure, managing high volumes of orders while maintaining quality. - Characterized by cleanliness, strong work ethic, punctuality, and a responsible attitude. - Prior work experience in a cafeteria, restaurant, or fast-food environment is strongly preferred.
