Job Description
This role combines driving responsibilities with supervision of cleaning operations, labour coordination, site management, daily operations, and maintenance support.
Requirements
- Experience
- 2 – 3 Years
- Driving Licence
- Required
- Valid Bahrain manual driving licence for a manual minibus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Bahrain.
- Proven experience in cleaning services and supervising cleaning teams.
- Experience in labour coordination, site management, and daily operations.
- Ability to inspect sites and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Basic maintenance skills, including plumbing repairs, electrical work, and general accommodation or building maintenance and repairs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance issues.
