Accountant
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible female accountant to join our team in Bahrain. The role involves maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions; handling accounts payable and receivable; performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies; and preparing and verifying retail sales reconciliations for shops and kiosks. The accountant will reconcile daily sales reports with point-of-sale transactions, cash collections, and bank or card payments; monitor sales discrepancies; and coordinate with store teams to ensure accurate reporting. Responsibilities also include preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports; assisting with monthly payroll preparation and salary processing; maintaining proper documentation of financial records; assisting with inventory records, stock reconciliation, and related reports; and performing other accounting and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree Or Diploma In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
- Previous accounting experience is preferred, preferably in the retail industry.
- Candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
