Job Description
We are seeking a waiter to provide accurate and professional guest service from greeting guests and taking orders through payment and handover. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, explaining the menu accurately, taking and confirming orders, identifying modification requests and allergen concerns and escalating them appropriately, and accurately following point-of-sale and payment procedures. Candidates should demonstrate guest service skills, menu knowledge, point-of-sale accuracy, and effective communication.
