Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Site Supervisor for a refurbishment and interior fit-out project. The responsibilities include managing daily site works, coordinating subcontractors and labour, reading drawings, supervising civil, fit-out and MEP activities, checking quality, tracking progress, taking site measurements, preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs, carrying out basic quantity surveying, reporting issues, and managing snagging through handover. Candidates should have strong practical site experience in fit-out, refurbishment, civil works, MEP coordination and quantity surveying, as well as technical knowledge and the ability to manage the site. Degrees and certificates are not the priority; relevant experience and practical capability are more important. Bahrain or GCC experience and a driving licence are preferred, while immediate availability is an advantage. Applicants without relevant site execution, fit-out or BOQ and quantity surveying experience should not apply.
