Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our printing center on a full-time basis in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and capable of preparing high-quality artwork for print and digital media. Responsibilities include designing business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, booklets, packaging, signage, and other print materials; preparing print-ready files and ensuring that artwork meets production specifications; editing and modifying customer artwork as required; communicating with customers to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions; coordinating with the production team to ensure accurate and timely printing; maintaining organized project files and following company design standards; assisting with branding, marketing materials, and promotional content when needed; and completing all work accurately with close attention to detail. Applicants should have previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a printing center, advertising agency, or print production environment, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, a strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and file preparation, excellent creativity, typography, and layout skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and strong communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required, and candidates must be flexible to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
