HR Business Partner Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner Manager for a full-time, part-time, or contract position in Manama, Bahrain, to align human resources initiatives with business unit objectives, oversee performance management, handle employee relations, and foster workforce development. The role involves partnering with department leaders daily to address organizational structure, staffing, and performance needs; directing employee relations management, grievance resolution, and workplace policy enforcement; overseeing performance review cycles, objective setting through key performance indicators, and talent development plans; ensuring that HR operations fully comply with Bahrain Labor Law and statutory regulations; and analyzing workforce data daily to identify turnover trends and implement employee retention strategies. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, have a minimum of three years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, and possess comprehensive knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, employee relations, and strategic human resources management.
