MEP Construction Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate MEP construction activities on-site, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Manage teams, subcontractors, and daily operational tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. Interpret MEP drawings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective site coordination. Monitor progress, safety compliance, and report on manpower and work status. Candidates must be currently available locally with hands-on MEP construction supervision experience.

- 3–5+ years of relevant MEP construction supervision experience.
- Strong building construction background.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP and shop drawings.
- Experience supervising site manpower and subcontractors.
- Strong coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred.
- Bahrain/GCC construction experience highly preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
- Currently available in Bahrain with immediate joining preferred.
