Job Description
A reputable automotive services company in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Staff Training Professional with knowledge of the automotive service and car mechanical industry. This is a full-time position, and local candidates are preferred. Responsibilities include managing employee requirements, conducting training programmes for automotive service and mechanical staff, training employees in car servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repair procedures, improving employees’ technical knowledge and practical skills, developing training materials and staff development programmes, monitoring staff performance and identifying training requirements, promoting proper workshop safety, customer service and professional standards, coordinating with management to improve overall workshop efficiency, maintaining documentation and records, and preparing monthly reports. Requirements include experience in automotive service or car mechanic training, good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, previous experience in human resources, staff development or technical training is preferred, good communication and presentation skills, the ability to train both new and experienced automotive technicians, and relevant automotive qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
