Job Description
A professional shawarma chef is required to work at a restaurant in Riffa, Bahrain. The role includes preparing Arabic shawarma and carrying out the listed kitchen responsibilities efficiently while following workplace instructions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience preparing shawarma.
- Excellent experience with chicken and meat shawarma.
- Experience in marinating, preparation, skewer assembly and slicing.
- Proficiency in wrapping saj bread and tortillas and preparing rocket-style and Arabic shawarma.
- Ability to maintain consistent taste, quality and quantities.
- Ability to work quickly under order pressure.
- Commitment to cleanliness and workstation organization.
- Good knowledge of quantity management and waste reduction.
- Commitment to working hours and instructions.
