Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialized in interior fit-out, event, and exhibition projects. Candidates must be proficient in BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, and cost control. Familiarity with tendering, supplier quotations, and rate analysis is essential. Knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel, along with experience in billing and final accounts, is preferred.

- Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Exhibition, and Event projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, and cost control
- Experience in tendering, supplier/subcontractor quotations, and rate analysis
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel
- Experience in variations, progress billing, and final accounts
- Experience in Bahrain/GCC preferred
- Bahrain Driving Licence is an advantage
- Immediate joining preferred
