Job Description
An interior fit-out works company in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a Safety Officer and Site Supervisor for immediate joining. The role involves overseeing daily interior fit-out project execution while ensuring strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing on-site laborers, subcontractors, and technicians; enforcing HSE standards; conducting regular site safety inspections and audits; monitoring project progress against timelines and quality requirements; reporting daily site updates to project managers; identifying potential site hazards; and implementing appropriate controls.
Requirements
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- 3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Proven track record in site supervision.
- Valid OSHA, IOSH, or NEBOSH certification.
- Strong understanding of Bahrain HSE regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
